Quick answer
We offer refunds within 12 hours of purchase as long as the ticket has not been delivered or used. Because each order creates a temporary reservation in the airline system, the window is tight but the policy is explicit. Orders outside the 12-hour window or already delivered are not refundable; contact support for exceptional cases.
