At OnwardTicket.us, we are committed to delivering high-quality onward ticket services. This policy outlines our strict refund criteria and the specific circumstance under which a refund may be issued.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


2. Service Fee Clarification

Service Fee: The amount paid is a service fee for the generation of temporary flight reservations—not an actual ticket purchase price.

Digital Delivery: Securely sent via email in PDF format.

Temporary Reservations: Flight itineraries are temporary bookings for visa applications and compliance only. Reservation validity ranges from 24 hours up to 14 days, as determined by the airline’s booking system — not by us.

Delivery: Your ticket is delivered to your email as a PDF based on the delivery speed you select at checkout. If you chose a specific future delivery date, your ticket will be sent on that date. There is no activation link.

IMPORTANT

Our service fee is distinct from actual airline ticket costs. The reservations provided are temporary and for documentation purposes only. Actual tickets must be purchased separately after visa approval.


3. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

We operate a strict NO REFUND policy, with ONLY one specific exception:

  • • Visa Rejection (Our fault): Your visa was denied SPECIFICALLY and SOLELY due to our onward ticket document. This requires verifiable proof.

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • • Standard Rejection: Visa denials NOT explicitly linked to our itinerary.
  • • Change of Mind: Not needing the document after processing.
  • • Travel Changes: Modifying plans after the document is processed.
  • • Wrong Info: Errors in documents due to incorrect info you provided.
  • • Expirations: Expired validity of temporary reservations.

4. Visa Denial Refund Policy

If your visa application is denied, a refund may be processed ONLY if your visa gets rejected SOLELY because of the onward ticket provided by us. No other reason qualifies.

4.1 Required Documentation for Refund

To claim a refund under this exception, you must provide actual embassy documents proving our ticket was the reason for denial:

  • Actual embassy/consulate rejection letter, signed and officially stamped.
  • The rejection document strictly and explicitly citing the provided onward flight itinerary as the sole reason for denial.
  • A full copy of the specific document submitted to the embassy.
  • Original order confirmation number.
Timeframe for Claims:

Claims must be fully submitted with all required proof within 14 days of receiving the official visa rejection document.


5. Free Corrections and Modifications

  • No cost for date, destination, or name changes.

6. Service-Specific Refund Details

6.1 Flight Itineraries (Onward Tickets)

  • Refunds are not available for expired reservations once validity passes.
  • Reservation validity ranges from 24 hours up to 14 days, as determined entirely by the airline’s booking system. We are not responsible for any validity-related issues.
  • Free corrections available prior to expiration.
  • Outside of the explicit visa rejection exception, all sales are final.
  • If you face any validity-related issues, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the explicit exception strictly detailed in Section 4, proceed with your claim:

  1. Email: Contact contact@onwardticket.us with subject “Visa Rejection Claim – [Order Number]”.
  2. Details: Include full name and email used during purchase.
  3. Evidence: Attach the official, stamped embassy documents explaining the denial, as requested above.
  4. Wait: We verify the documentation and evaluate the case internally.

8. Refund Processing / 9. Pending Status

Approved refunds are credited automatically to the original payment method and take 5–10 business days to appear.

If a refund has been approved but is pending longer than 15 business days, please follow up with our team.

10. Chargebacks

Initiating a direct chargeback via your payment provider for delivered services constitutes fraud. If you have an issue, you must contact us first. We supply complete delivery evidence and service logs to payment processors combating illegitimate chargebacks.

11. Order Cancellations

Before ProcessingIf processing has not begun, contact us immediately. Cancellations may be accommodated at our discretion.
After Delivery / ProcessingOnce a ticket is generated, normal strict refund criteria apply. No cancellations.
