1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to OnwardTicket.us (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and OnwardTicket.us.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.


2. Services Provided

OnwardTicket.us provides verifiable onward itineraries used as proof of onward travel for airline check-in and immigration checks at the border:

2.1 Onward Itinerary Service

  • Temporary, real airline reservations (also known as “dummy tickets”)
  • Verifiable booking references usable as proof of onward travel
  • PDF itinerary documents reflecting the booking
  • Verifiable PNR (Passenger Name Record) codes

Important Disclaimer

We provide verifiable onward-itinerary documents only. We are not a legal advisor; we have no affiliation with any airline or government authority; and we do not influence or guarantee any boarding, entry, or other decision made by airlines or border authorities.


3. Service Limitations and Important Notices

3.1 Onward Itineraries (Dummy Tickets)

Our onward itineraries are:

  • Temporary, real airline reservations intended as proof of onward travel for airline check-in and immigration checks at the border
  • NOT paid airline tickets and not intended for travel
  • Valid for a limited time period (48 hours up to 14 days, as determined by the airline’s booking system — not by us)
  • NOT a guarantee that you will be allowed to fly, board, or enter any country

IF YOU INTEND TO FLY, YOU MUST PURCHASE ACTUAL TICKETS SEPARATELY. Our reservations cannot be used for actual travel.

3.2 Third-Party Decisions Disclaimer

  • Boarding and entry decisions are at the sole discretion of the airline and the destination’s border authorities.
  • We do not guarantee, promise, or influence the outcome of any such decision.
  • We are not responsible for any decision made by an airline or border authority.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.
  • Verifying all details in documents we provide.
  • Ensuring information matches your travel plans exactly.
  • Checking spelling, formats, dates, and personal details.
  • Reviewing documents before submission.

3.4 Reservation Validity Disclaimer

Reservation validity ranges from 48 hours up to 14 days.The exact validity period is entirely determined by the airline’s booking system and is outside our control. We provide the maximum duration available, but the airline may shorten or modify the validity period at its sole discretion.

OnwardTicket.us is not responsiblefor any issues arising from the airline’s handling of the reservation validity period, including early cancellation or modification by the airline.

If you experience any validity-related issues, please contact our support team immediately and we will do our best to assist you.

3.5 What We Deliver: Onward Itinerary Scope

What you receive is a verifiable PNR — a real, temporary booking on a real airline that immigration and airline staff can look up and confirm. That PNR is the deliverable; it is what satisfies proof-of-onward-travel requirements. It is not a paid airline ticket and is not intended for travel.

We choose the airline, the route, the number of stops or legs, the departure time, and the cabin class based on what is available with verifiable PNRs at the time of booking. Customers do not pick a specific carrier or routing. The deliverable is met when a verifiable onward PNR is provided.

Preferring a different airline, fewer stops, a different departure time, or a different routing is not a defect in the deliverable, and is not a basis for a refund or a chargeback dispute. Actual service failures (PNR not delivered, PNR not verifiable on the airline’s system within our advertised hold window, duplicate orders, and the other cases listed in our Refund Policy) remain covered.

3.6 Booking Changes and Modifications

Because each PNR is held in a live airline system within a strict validity window, the scope of changes that can be applied to an issued booking is limited. Each order is eligible for one (1) free change, subject to the conditions below. The detailed customer-facing rules and worked examples are set out in Section 4 (“Booking Changes & Modifications”) of our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • 48-hour validity tier: change requests must be submitted within 48 hours of issuance.
  • 7-day validity tier: change requests must be submitted between 48 and 60 hours after issuance. No changes will be processed outside this window.
  • Eligible changes: name typo correction, single-side route correction (departure city or arrival city, not both), and date correction.
  • Not eligible: complete route changes; combined route+date or route+name changes; full passenger-name replacement; and any multiple combined changes. The change facility is provided to correct genuine errors, not to alter the substance of a booking.
  • Additional changes: further changes beyond the first may be accommodated at the Company’s discretion against an additional charge, or you may be advised to place a new order, depending on the case.

Travel date close to issuance — special case:where you select a travel date in close proximity to the order date (for example, a travel date of 10-07-2026 against an order placed on 08-07-2026), the standard 48-hour and 7-day change windows do not apply. In those cases the validity and the scope for any change are governed solely by the airline’s holding policy in effect at issuance.


4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Process

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order
  • We accept payment through our approved payment processors
  • All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice
  • Prices are displayed in USD by default, but may be shown in other currencies based on your region
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges

4.3 Processing Time

We offer multiple service speed options at checkout:

Processing times begin after successful payment and information verification. Times are estimates and not guarantees.


5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information
  • Ensure all personal details (name, passport number, dates) are correct
  • Verify that travel dates and destinations are accurate
  • Update us immediately of any changes or corrections needed
  • Review all documents thoroughly before submission

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You must NOT:

  • Use services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to use temporary reservations for actual travel
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce our documents
  • Use services to harm, defraud, or deceive any party

6. Delivery of Services

  • All services and documents are delivered electronically via email
  • Documents are typically provided as PDF files
  • Ensure you provide a valid, working email address
  • Check your spam/junk folder if documents are not received

If you do not receive your documents, check spam/junk folders, verify the email address provided, and contact us within 24 hours of expected delivery. We will resend documents at no additional charge if the delay was our fault.

Delivery and Scheduling: Your documents are delivered to your email as a PDF based on the delivery speed you selected at checkout. If you chose a specific future delivery date at checkout, your ticket will be sent to your email on that date. There is no activation link— you receive the final PDF document directly via email.


7. No Refund Policy

STRICT REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and non-refundable except in the limited cases of service failure on our end, listed in our Refund Policy.

7.1 No Refunds For:

  • Routing preference (airline, route, stops, departure time, cabin) — see 3.5
  • Boarding refusals, immigration refusals, or any other decision by airlines or border authorities
  • Change of mind or travel plans
  • Errors in information you provided
  • Failure to use documents provided
  • Expirations of temporary reservations once the airline-determined hold window has passed
  • Delays due to authorities or policies
  • Force majeure events

7.2 Eligible Refund Grounds

Refunds are issued only for the following service failures on our end:

  • The PNR was never delivered to the email you provided
  • The PNR is not verifiable on the airline’s system within our advertised hold window
  • You were charged more than once for the same itinerary (duplicate order)
  • We cancelled your order before delivery and could not provide a replacement
  • A confirmed technical failure on our end prevented the deliverable from being provided

7.3 Chargebacks

  • Initiating chargebacks for delivered services is fraud
  • We provide full delivery and PNR-verification evidence to payment processors

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on OnwardTicket.us, including design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, document templates, and proprietary processes are owned by or licensed to OnwardTicket.us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may NOT: Reproduce, duplicate, modify, create derivative works, remove copyright notices, use branding without authorization, or scrape data from our website.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to data use as described.

10. Third-Party Links

We use third-party service providers (payment/email) who have their own policies. We are not responsible for content on external websites, and links do not imply endorsement.

11. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnwardTicket.us shall NOT be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnwardTicket.us and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse, violation of Terms, violation of laws, or fraudulent use.

13. Account Management

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate Terms, engage in fraud, or provide false info. No refunds upon termination.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delayed performance due to disasters, wars, network failures, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will attempt informal resolution first via email, optional mediation, and finally courts of England and Wales. Class actions are waived. Claims must be filed within one year.

17. Severability

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.

18. Waiver

Failure to enforce a right doesn't waive that right or provision.

19. Assignment

You may not assign rights without consent. We may assign without restriction.

20. Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding service use.

21. Language

English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
